What Customers Have To Say

Tension Release

Who doesn't want to reduce the stress in their life? Stress relief is key to finding the balance of a healthy lifestyle. Even a single massage session can relax your muscles and support the production of endorphins - both of which help reduce daily stress.

Let's talk Posture

Unlike other bad habits, poor posture can help be corrected by relaxation. Massage helps reinforce healthy and natural movements, which can get your posture back on track.

Keep it

The pressure created by massage therapy moves blood through congested areas. This causes new blood to flow in and old blood to flow out to promote circulation in the body.

Reduce scar tissue

Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow
Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
Increase joint flexibility
Improve Circulation
Reduce scar tissue and stretch marks.

$ 65  1 hour
  • Swedish massage therapy is known for its ability to create a general sense of relaxation through better blood and oxygen circulation, easing of muscular aches and tension, and improving mind alertness and body flexibility. As with any form of massage, the benefits of massage therapy will make your experience both enjoyable and healthy.

Deep Tissue

$ 85 1 hour
  • Therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Hot Stone

$ 85 1 hour
  • Hot Stone Massage Therapy can be linked back to ancient healing rituals used in China and India at least 3000 years back. In North America, the use of hot stones as a health and wellness treatment can also be found back to alternative health prevention practiced by Southwestern Native Indians. Like most wellness treatments the massage therapy benefits of a hot stone massage add to the enjoyment of the full experience.
